Mental Health Technician - First Hospital - Adolescent 1 - 0.9 FT N/W (12 hours)

Under the administrative and
clinical supervision of the Head Nurse, the Mental Health Technician maintains
a safe and therapeutic environment; provides direct psychosocial and physical
nursing care to patients, in both individual and group settings; and implements
the program schedule according to the patient's individual treatment plan. One
(1) year experience in the human service field is preferred; internships/field
placement experience acceptable. Ability to develop and maintain therapeutic
relationships with patients and family members/significant others; demonstrates
verbal and written communication skills and the ability to express ideas in a
clear, concise and legible form; ability to interface with all disciplines;
ability to organize and prioritize multifaceted workload; exercises tact,
diplomacy and good judgment at all times. BLS required, must be completed prior to end of orientation period; must
possess a valid Pennsylvania Drivers's License.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
