Job DescriptionSpecialty:
RN-OR -TravelJob DescriptionThe Operating Room RN monitors the procedures as they occur in the operating rooms.
During operations and other surgical procedures, they assist by acting as an intermediary between the operating room staff and the rest of the hospital.
Ensure that the surgical room is sterile and safe for the patientWork side by side with scrub nurses to assist in maintenance of the sterile fieldPreparation of the patient and operation room for assigned procedureAssess the patient's condition before, during and post-surgeryAssists providers in development of the plan of care and updates as needed throughout the procedure.
Qualifications and Job Info1-2 years of OR experience.
